Governing law

This privacy policy and the use of Adrian Fleming is governed by the laws applicable to England. Any and all costs and fees with the mediation will be paid by the party making the complaint / requesting clarification. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in England.
